With extensive experience in management consulting and as a senior human resources executive, Bob Williams brings in-depth background and
knowledge from the perspective of both client and provider to executive search consulting. Based on this experience, our commitment is to:
- limit the number of searches we do in order to provide the best in personalized service
- know the client thoroughly in order to represent the client most effectively in the marketplace and to ensure the candidate’s “fit”
- not conduct the same, or similar searches for two clients at the same time
- communicate with the client on a weekly basis and maintain client confidentiality in all phases of the assignment
- bill on a project fee basis so the client knows the total fees and that we do not have a vested interest in how much the hired executive
earns
- provide value billing for multiple searches
- be a professional and ethical extension of the client throughout the consulting process
- provide a two year replacement guarantee, for expenses only, on executives placed to maximize the client’s investment
- place the client on a five year “hands off” list from the time the consulting starts
